Derrykyle Arts and Crafts is a registered part of our Ltd company "Fiontraíocht Dhoire Choill Teo" reg # 649659 Based in Connemara Ireland I create art in my home studio/ workshop, everything from chainsaw carvings to wooden trinket boxes, from pet portraits to wooden mosaic pictures. One on one tuition in basic wood turning, creating band saw boxes and scroll saw Intarsia pictures bookable through my online portal I studied art in college in Glasgow a long time ago and have always drawn and painted, working with wood has come to me in later life and I really enjoy it now. I try and recycled wood and use sustainable timber in my furniture and chainsaw carvings. The first carving came about as I was tired of chopping firewood with trees that had come down in a storm, now the road in front of our house has a stream of people checking out my new creations on the front lawn.
