Chainsaw Carving
My chainsaw carvings are representative of animals and birds, not totally lifelike more of a cartoon version of the real thing.
I use wood from my own property here in Dhoire Choill, Connemara, that has either fallen during storms or I have had to fell for
safety reasons. Basically I got fed up chopping firewood and thought I saw a tortoise shape in a stump the first carving and it went
from there.
As well as animals and birds I make hollow log bee hives and garden benches and am trying to plant native hardwoods in place of
the trees that have been taken down.
All my arts and crafts are for sale but due to their size and logistics I am only offering pickup or local delivery on them. If you want to
